Our minds are one of
the most incredible things is our known universe.
Our brains have created
complex languages ,amazing architecture,and revolutionary technology.
When we feel
pain,our brains focus on that pain.we may be able to distract ourselves for a
moment, but our attention will soon wonder back to that pain similarly, when
we're too cold,too hot,tired,sore,dizzy or uncomfortable,our focus will rest
upon these feelings.
I believe that when the body is strong ,the mind thinks strong thoughts. A
strong and determined mind is much more powerful than a strong body .A strong
mind can achieve so many things which a negative mind can never mind.
